Overview
Cromazo helps you track, complete and trade your World Cup 2026 sticker collection. We collect as little as possible to make that work, and we don’t sell your data.
Information we collect
- Guest accounts: you can use Cromazo without signing up. A guest account is an anonymous identifier stored in your browser — no name, no email.
- Registered accounts: if you add an email to sync across devices or trade, we store your email address and a hashed password.
- Collection data: which stickers you mark as owned, needed or duplicate, and trades you arrange.
- Usage analytics:see “Analytics” below.
Analytics
We use PostHog (product analytics and error monitoring) and Umami (privacy-focused, cookieless web traffic analytics). PostHog may set cookies for session tracking and identifies you only after you create a registered account. Umami is cookieless and does not store personal data in your browser. Guests are never personally identified in either tool.
How we use information
- Operating your album, sync and trading features
- Showing market prices for cards (sourced from eBay listings)
- Understanding which features are used so we can improve them
- Security: preventing abuse and keeping accounts safe
How we share information
We don’t sell personal data. Trading features show other users only what’s needed to trade: your display name and your have/need lists — never your email. Service providers (hosting on Cloudflare, analytics listed above) process data on our behalf.
Data retention & your rights
You can delete your account at any time, which removes your email, credentials and collection data. Guest accounts that never upgrade are periodically purged. To exercise any data right, contact us.
